Photography in GCSE Art Poster

During a phone call home to support a year 11 student, I received the question 'Why is photography important in GCSE Art?' I realised this is a topic i could speak for hours about, so I thought best to make a succinct printable/poster/handout to clarify its value to students and parents alike.

This is not a guide on how to get the best marks with photography, but rather to explain its value, how it supports the development of critical skills and how it harmonises with every GCSE Assessment objective.
